Had to give a trading card as part of the deal IYKYK. For airline crews if you call or email Josh he has some extra meals for sale during the week. Stayed at the Marriott next door for a layover with my airline, delicious, healthy, and travel ready. Great for anyone staying nearby or laying over for the night, made my meal planning for the week that much easier. Also, a much more affordable option than airport food!
The food is delicious and there is a lot of options to choose from! It is super efficient and convenient. The peanut butter protein bars are out of this world! Lewis is unbelievably nice and incredibly passionate about his business. His passion shows in his delicious food and unbeatable service. INCREDIBLE! These people gave me ashes on Ash Wednesday when I couldn’t get them while traveling for a swim meet, are incredible friendly, and have super great food! The food variety is impeccable and they are always so nice and create a pleasant environment!

I have not been to the Kingsport location but have ordered for pickup in Boones Creek at Misfits Fitness. Great website, easy ordering, and fabulous customer service and the food is yummy! I love that it is all gluten free and the macros are readily available. I had a few questions and was contacted quickly after submitting them online. Highly reccomend and LOVE supporting local!
I eat as clean as I can. This stems from health concerns as a kid. When I moved here (originally from Canada) from sw Florida, I gave up a lot easy healthy dining. I subscribed to Factor. They are good too, but I have to pause them about every other week so I can get something different. So far, there’s good options. I placed my first order this week. I’m impressed with a couple of things: clean ingredients, Ideal proportions (love the bariatric option due to portion size) and NO joke, the service. Talk about a small town approach to a competitive space. I’m 49 and female. You know what that means. What a great solution that you don’t need to think about for meals and planning.
I live in Utah and wanted to send some hot food to some of my Tennessee family that just had a baby. I realized I missed the deadline to order and called immediately to see if I could still place an order. Lewis was able to accommodate me so my family had their food before the next ordering period!
